An Honest Note: When React Native Isn't The Answer

If your app leans heavily on platform-specific capabilities, heavy real-time graphics, deep hardware integration, and watch and widget ecosystems, native development is the better route. If your app is a standalone product with a design language all of its own and no React web estate to share with, Flutter deserves a serious look.
